MEDIA RELEASE #3 UPDATE: As a result of the terrential rainfall activity that persisted over Trinidad and Tobago during the period of the April 26- 29, reports to the Tobago Emergency Operations Centre are rapidly increasing. Even as the weather conditions have subsided, we have been receiving numerous reports.
