Former President, Prime Minister of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago and Chairman of the Tobago House of Assembly Arthur Napoleon Raymond Robinson, passed away on the 8th April 2014. The country has been declared a period of state mourning commencing at his death and ending at his internment.
