Exercise Exercise Exercise!!!
The National Emergency Functional Exercise, “Dark Wave,”would take place for 36 continuous hours from 10:00pm on Tuesday March 25th 2014 to Thursday 27th March 2014 10:00am.
A functional exercise simulates an emergency in the most realistic manner possible, short of moving real people and equipment to an actual site.

Exercise Dark Wave will simulate an Earthquake followed by a Tsunami in which will affect the areas of Scarborough, Roxborough/Argyle and the South Western section of Tobago.

We are asking all members of the public to be extremely cooperative as we test our emergency response time.
